The MIS Advisor will support the Ministry of Education (MOE) to develop, deploy and/or integrate a Management Information System (MIS) for its education programs.  She/he will collaborate with the MOE, other stakeholders, and cooperating partners to design and implement user-friendly MIS that provides high quality and secured data and is compatible with systems in other government ministries. She/he will work to increase MOE demand for quality information, use of data as a tool for evidence-based decisions; Help the project to demonstrate that project interventions result in observable and measurable improvement in the education services; Lead MIS/ICT training workshops for MOE staff responsible for this area. Required Skills or Experience Candidates must have a Master's in one of the following or related fields.
