Lead and direct supervisors to ensure that the technicians improve the quality of service.  Guide Technicians in troubleshooting. Help to organize work to be performed, taking account of the human and material resources available. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring work is carried out in accordance with commitments given to clients in respect to quality, cost and lead times. Required Skills or Experience BSc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in the Lift industry Supervisory/management/leadership skills experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer Literate with good knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
