The University of Cape Coast in Partnership with the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center in the USA with hire three program staff and an office manager for the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Technical Support Services (METSS) Project that will be based in North Labone, Accra. These two Universities will work with the United States Department of Agriculture to provide the Economic Growth Office of the USAID/Ghana Mission Technical Assistance for its economic growth and food security programs. This project began in 2010 and may continue through September, 2013, depending on funding from the U.S. Government. The duration of the employment agreement with the University of Cape Coast will be determined by the availability of funds for the METSS Project.

Job Description Duties: A successful applicant will be the Head of the Estate Services and will perform the following duties among others: - Supervise activities in the Estate Services
- Develop and maintain landed property
- Ensure that routine maintenance of facilities are promptly carried out
- Maintain an assets register
- Advise Management on the acquisition of landed properties
- Inspect and advise on rent to be paid on rented properties for staff
- Ensure that the compound of the University is neat at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her from time to time
Conditions of Service: Very attractive Required Skills or Experience - The Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Estate Management
- The Candidate must have not less than 6' years post-qualification working experience in an Educational/Estate, Organizational, or Senior Management position
The Candidate must be a dynamic individual with the requisite leadership, vision and management abilities to serve as part of a management team dedicated to providing high quality constituent services in a complex and demanding academic, administrative, social, and fiscal environment.
