Job Description The successful candidate will report to the Near Mine Geology Director plus matrix to Exploration and Development Geology. Lead technical and geology support teams to provide timely and professional support to enable the Exploration and Development to advance and meet business plans. Essential Duties: Generate new and innovative ideas to ensure that programs fully utilises current best practices Provide leadership, through coaching, mentoring and support for professional development activities Effectively communicate to senior management through regular schedule of oral and written presentations Work as a support and idea generator in multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams  The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
