JOB SUMMARY Company: Plato Consult Limited Industry: Beverage Category: Accounting/Auditing Location: Accra Job Status: Full-time Salary: GH¢  Education: University Degree Experience: 2 years Job Expires: 23 Nov, 2012 Contact: 0289924326 0302924326 Job Description The Head of Internal Audit shall be responsible for providing independent and objective assurance on the management of risk throughout the organisation. Role reports to the Managing Director Role Specific Requirements: Develop an annual audit plan using input from the team and stakeholders to identify priorities and resource requirements for the year  Meet with Trustees, Directors and Managers to discuss needs and propose audits, to build stakeholder requirements into department plans and ensure plan is developed to meet the Audit Committee's expectations  Oversee and provide quality control for the department's audits, to ensure departmental mandate and business goals are met and the professional standards are maintained at all times.  Ensure annual audit plans have contingency built in, to provide unexpected audits to clients as they may surface.  Schedule and assign audits to team members, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.  Ensure completion of audit assignments to provide independent and objective assurance to the Audit Committee Required Skills or Experience Minimum Qualification: 2 years minimum experience in Auditing preferably in the oil industry with 5 years in managerial role First degree in Finance or any related field.
