Roles and Responsibilities: - Process and interpret electric log data collected by the logging contractor, in cooperation with the Exploration team
- Carry out quantitative evaluation of hydrocarbon zones, to determine petrophysical parameters
- Carry out computerized analysis (C.P.I.) of log data, in cooperation with the Exploration team
- Carry out Well Test interpretations for the Exploration Team
- Monitor technically the work performed by logging and core analysis contractor in relation with operated wells
- Monitor partners' operations with respect to Log Acquisition, Core Analysis and Petrophysical Interpretation
Required Skills or Experience - Masters degree or PhD with a Major in Geophysics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering
- Minimum of 10+ years experience of working for an operator, consultancy or service company in the upstream oil and gas sector
- Ability to lead a team of high potential engineers
- Willingness to work in operational areas when required
- Good communication skills
