- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter customer information
- Process request and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate quarters
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Required Skills or Experience - Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
- Six months or more experience in a call centre environment
- Customer service experience
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Must possess a 1st degree certificate from a recognized university
- Proficient in English language.
- Ability to speak at least two (2) major local languages will be an advantage
- Knowledge in French is an added advantage
- Must be between the ages of 18 - 30.
