Job Description

  • Organising training programs
  • Booking venues
  • Dealong with CEO and Managers to organise training
  • Answering phone calls
  • Checking and responding to emails
  • Diary management, and scheduling appointments
  • Filling and preparing documents for clients
  • Marketing and promoting services
  • Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for results.
  • Having an in-debth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage. 
  • Ensuring that all instructions are presented to the highest standard to prospective client
  • Ensuring that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis.
  • Managing customer feedback effectively, sending out feedback forms and immediately addressing any highlighted areas of concern.
  • Actively supporting the office in achieving the highest levels of customer service feedback from clients, suppliers and the Company.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Has to have a strong HR experience
  • Strong Experience in Marketing
  • Must have a driving licence
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a busy office environment.
  • Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Must have a degree
  • Use of initiative
  • Excellent organisation skills and prioritisation skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Have good communication skills both over the 'phone and face to face
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
  • A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must work well under Pressure
  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
