Role Summary: Reporting to the Electrical and Instrumentation General Foreman, the Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor will be responsible for preventive maintenance, increasing availability and reliability of plant equipment. Responsibilities: The Successful candidate will be responsible for: Planning, scheduling and supervising electrical and instrumentation work which includes breakdowns, shutdowns and planned task. Contractor management including work and service orders, tracking purchases and also ensuring preferred suppliers of labor and materials are used. Managing Invoices and payment approvals. Supervising Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians. Ensuring maintenance works are carried out under safe conditions. Required Skills or Experience Qualifications and Skills As the successful candidate, it is essential that you possess the following skills and experience: A BSc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering. Must have a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in the process plant. Must have broad knowledge of defect elimination methodologies and their interpretation. Must have experience in the operation of the computer maintenance management system (CMMS) /SAP and MS Office Suite. Must have experience in condition-based maintenance (CBM) techniques, such as vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis is desirable. Must have strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize  and communicate Must have the ability to use the following Instruments; RTD/Thermocouple and current simulators for trouble shooting of temperature sensors and transmitters. HART communicator for programming and trouble shooting. Dead weight test for calibration of transmitters and gauges. Modiewak for checking dead circuits if there is voltage (low or high). Meggar's and Multimeter for testing voltage, resistance checks and resistance current.
