Our main office is based in Accra. Our services range from Broadband Internet Access, IP VPN, Wide Area Network connectivity, and VOIP solution. Job Description

The purpose of this position is to nurture and build strong relationship with assigned existing key accounts and to plan retention and development strategies for increasing sales. 

The position holder will act as day-to-day and central point of contact for technical and business issues for assigned key accounts;

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships through close contact account management, including regular face-to-face meeting, telephone and email communication;
  • Prospect for new customers and expand customer database to include new customers, i.e. new sales;
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin sales process;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction; and
  • Set own priorities and schedule to meet established goals.

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Qualified candidates for this position will possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years hands-on experience in sales and key account management.
  • In addition, he/she must have demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities to sales;
  • Very strong communication and listening skills, including ability to establish rapport over the phone and to build credibility quickly;
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationship;
  • Strong time management skill, including ability to handle multi-task, take initiative and follow thorough.
