Job description Inspection of properties for company's purposes such as purchase/lease /rentage etc Reporting to and advising management on suitability and valuation of properties including estate valuing Maintenance of properties which includes repairs, expansion, refurbishment, serving and redecoration Arrange and conducting physical inspections of properties with clients and agents  Collection of rents due and aged receivables. The Manager shall render account of rents received and expenses incurred in respect of the property in his/her care. Respond to inquiries about maintenance requests Administer service contracts Respond promptly to emergencies And any other related duties assigned.
